What You'll Do: Deliver speech and language therapy to students with mild to moderate needs, providing individualized and group sessions. Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments. Develop and implement IEP goals that support communication and academic achievement. Collaborate with classroom teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student success. Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring in compliance with school and federal guidelines. Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert recommendations for supports and accommodations. Serve as a resource and mentor for your school community. Desired Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Valid state licensure for school-based practice. Proficient in working with mild to moderate communication needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for working onsite directly with elementary students. This position has a consistent daily schedule: 9:00am - 3:10pm.
