? Setting: Onsite Only Overview: We're looking for two full-time Speech and Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide onsite services for the 2025-2026 school year. One position is at an elementary school, and the other at a middle school. Both roles require strong collaboration skills, experience in school-based therapy, and a commitment to supporting students across a range of needs. Caseload & Responsibilities: Elementary role: Small caseload (Preschool-5th grade at one site) Deliver therapy services aligned with IEP goals Manage caseload and ensure all IEPs are legally compliant and up to date Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings Lead Social Skills and Lunch Bunch groups weekly Collaborate with general education and special education teams Support MTSS initiatives and intervention groups Oversee AAC/AT devices and provide staff training on tools Attend SPED trainings when required Required: Active California SLP License (printout of CTC credential required) Valid Driver's License with personal transportation Must be able to work onsite only Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
