Business Management Jobs

A person aspiring to become a Business Manager in school administration should possess strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. They also require knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, human resources, project management, and administrative practices and principles. They are expected to have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or a related field. Some schools may require a Master's degree in Education Leadership or Education Administration. Professional certifications like Certified School Business Official (CSBO) or Certified Administrator of School Finance and Operations (SFO) can also be beneficial. Prior to this role, a person might have experience as a School Administrator, Financial Analyst, or Operations Manager in an educational setting.
