Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children (K-5) in a school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment
What youll do:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educational staff and families
- Provide targeted speech and language therapy to individuals and small groups
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes
- Participate in IEP meetings and student planning sessions
- Educate staff and families on strategies to support student communication
