Duties
- Review medical records, and assess speech and language skills, development, articulation ability and voice and fluency disorders of students served in a private special education environment.
- Identify and develop intervention strategies.
- Direct and administer speech therapy using techniques that assist in the skill build of students in collaboration with their IEP goals and benchmarks.
- Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaboration to ensure functional therapeutic intervention and progress is occurring.
- Masters Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology
- One year experience as a Speech Therapist, preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) welcome
- Current state licensure/certification as a Speech Therapist
- Valid drivers license in good standing
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Successful clearance of local and DCFS background checks
- Effective communication skills to manage relationships

- Full Time- M-F, 8a-5p
- Salary - $65,000-$72,000

12 month employee, valid driver's license, cleared background check will determine start date
