School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Clinton, Illinois

Youll manage a manageable caseload of approximately 40 students, providing direct therapy, collaboration with teachers, and involvement in IEP development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current IL Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL)
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• Passion for working with early childhood populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Work 35 hours per week, across 5 weekdays, onsite in the school environment
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy and interventions to PreK and kindergarten students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Partner with educators and families to foster communication and language growth
• Support student progress toward educational and social goals
