Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP) required
• Professional Educator License (PEL) necessary
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
• School-based SLP experience preferred, especially with PreK and kindergarten
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for supporting early learners development

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 40 PreK and kindergarten students
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with the school team and families
• Document progress and maintain accurate student records
• Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, families, and other service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team decisions
