The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive school counseling program that supports students' academic achievement, social-emotional growth, college and career readiness, and post-secondary planning. QUALIFICATIONS, MANDATORY: New Jersey Principal Certificate (CE or Standard) Required Criminal History Background Check Knowledge of Google Classroom & Google based student management system software QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED: Prior Administrative Experience Understanding of Freshman transition to high school Knowledge of best practices for adolescent development Understanding of scheduling. Experience working with secondary students.
