Virtual Occupational Therapist - California

A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist skilled in telehealth and school-based services, supporting students through virtual therapy sessions. This role focuses on delivering high-quality occupational therapy to K-12 students, utilizing teletherapy methods to enhance access and effectiveness.

Location: Richmond, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to school-aged children.
• Conduct telehealth sessions in compliance with California OT regulations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans collaborating with educators and families.
• Document therapy progress and communicate regularly with school personnel.
• Support student participation and independence in educational activities through virtual platforms.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Occupational Therapy License.
• Experience in teletherapy and school-based occupational therapy services.
• Knowledge of K-12 educational environments and age-appropriate interventions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Schedule:

• 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
