School Counselor

RSU 1 seeks a full time School Counselor to work at Bath Middle School beginning with the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate for this position should have outstanding skills to facilitate social, emotional and behavioral growth in students, serve as a liaison for families and agencies that need more involved support, and teach a classroom guidance program.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to oversee intervention systems, 504s, etc.
• Be a willing collaborator in our community
• Familiarity with Restorative School Practices is preferred, but not required

Certification :

• Guidance Counselor Certificate (K-12) (075)
• Current Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
