Qualifications and Experience: Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license (required) Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric PT setting is highly desired Experience completing evaluations, developing and implementing interventions, and progress monitoring Ability to write Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Letters of Medical Necessity (LMNs) Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families Comfortable providing supervision and support to PTAs Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments tailored to the school environment Develop individualized treatment plans to support each student's academic access Accurately complete required documentation, including IEPs, LMNs, and regular progress updates Deliver direct physical therapy services in accordance with student goals Actively monitor and track student progress to ensure intervention effectiveness Provide supervision, coaching, and feedback to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) If you thrive in a collaborative, student-centered setting and are committed to making a difference, we encourage you to apply today!
