Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license and CCCs required
- Experience in school-based SLP roles, preferably at the high school level
- Strong leadership skills; experience supervising or mentoring SLPAs
- Background working with ASD or students with specialized learning needs preferred
- Creative, patient, and collaborative approach to individualized education plans
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech/language therapy to students in the Compass High Program at Ludlow High School
- Supervise and support the on-site SLPA
- Develop and implement personalized treatment goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Monitor and document student progress in accordance with state requirements
