Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid Massachusetts SLP license and CCCs required
• Experience in school-based SLP roles, preferably at the high school level

• Background working with ASD or students with specialized learning needs preferred
• Creative, patient, and collaborative approach to individualized education plans

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech/language therapy to students in the Compass High Program at Ludlow High School
• Supervise and support the on-site SLPA
• Develop and implement personalized treatment goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Monitor and document student progress in accordance with state requirements
