Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a physical therapist in a dynamic school environment. Beginning September 8, 2026, and concluding December 18, 2026, this full-time assignment (37.5 hours per week) offers the chance to make a meaningful impact for students in need of dedicated mat leave coverage. This is an onsite-only position, working across multiple sites in an itinerant capacityproviding hands-on expertise and building strong relationships with students and staff alike.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and active physical therapist (PT) certification/license in Oregon
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school-based or similar pediatric setting
- Proven ability to manage a caseload across multiple sites
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working solely onsite (virtual services not offered in this role)
- Three most recent supervisor references required for consideration
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct physical therapy services to K-12 students according to IEP/504 plans
- Travel between assigned school sites to support students and staff
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and family members to assess student needs and monitor progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in team meetings
- Support the development and implementation of student-centered therapeutic interventions
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and environments as an itinerant team member
