Responsibilities include: * Provide academic, career, and social-emotional counseling services to students. * Deliver classroom guidance lessons and facilitate small-group interventions. * Collaborate with families, staff, and community partners to support student success. * Respond to student crises and coordinate appropriate interventions and referrals. * Use data to identify student needs and evaluate counseling program effectiveness. * Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment.
