With a focus on quality care, there are no SLPAs on this assignment, allowing you to bring your specialized approach directly to each student. Key Qualifications: Valid Washington State SLP license or eligibility by the assignment start date CCC-SLP credential (or Clinical Fellowship Year applicants welcome) Background in pediatric speech-language pathology, with school-based experience highly valued Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities Desire to support diverse student needs and contribute to a positive school culture Role Responsibilities: Deliver direct assessment and intervention services to students within an elementary setting Develop and implement individualized treatment and education plans in accordance with IEP goals Consult with educators and families to maximize student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by school standards Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to coordinate student support Provide therapy exclusivelyno supervisory duties over SLPAs This position spans the 2026-2027 school year, from September to June, offering the rewarding challenge of helping elementary children achieve successful communication outcomes.
